If you have been in our distribution list for more than a few weeks, you will hopefully have seen our last post in September, entitled: "Our Future is Biotech".
In that piece we shared a draft of the first chapter of my forthcoming book of the same name. As we said at the time:

Today we are delighted to announce the publication of a Prospectus in connection with the initial public offering ("IPO") of our new “Conviction Life Sciences Company”.
The purpose of this post today then is to provide you with a link to the new company’s website given how many of you have expressed interest in this initiative over the last many months.

The Prospectus
This is the primary legal document which is required for any IPO on the London stock market. The prospectus is where you will find a detailed list of all the risk factors which should be considered ahead of any investment decision. You can also then find the details of our investment objective and key information about the company, and a detailed explanation of the investment opportunity as we see it.
The Key Information Document (KID)
This is another document which is required by law to help you understand the nature, risks, costs, potential gains and losses of this product and to help you compare it with other products.
The IPO Launch Flyer
This is a short document which summarises key details about the company and our investment approach and about the team involved.
The Investor Presentation
This is a more detailed document which sets out the main arguments as we see them over about thirty slides or so.
You can access all of the above from the “Home” and “How to Invest” sections of the website. There is also a short introductory video about the company.
How to Invest
We will follow up in the next couple of days to give you more detail on how to invest for those of you who are interested. Our intention is to launch an “intermediaries offer” via the retail investment platforms.
The shares will be available to put in ISA, pension and general investment (trading) accounts.
